I don't know if you have seen this yet, but shell has the 2007 highlights online now. Theres a few quotes from Tom and some pretty good quotes from Dr. Mello.
Also the eurpean contest is over. I wanted to see how Laval did but I cannot find their name listed anywhere in the results although the site does mention they had a candian team compete. Maybe they had some bad luck.

We did encounter some bad luck... even though being at the world largest fuel economy car event was really amazing (up to 250 entries)!
